Where Creativity Meets Community!
Are you looking for a fun way to spend your Saturdays? Come and join us at the Rock Painting Ministry, hosted at Piedmont Park Church’s Fellowship Hall (basement of the church). We meet on the 1st and 4th Saturday of every month, starting at 2:30pm and wrapping up around 4:30pm.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone is welcome! Our ministry is a place for all ages, from the young to the young at heart. Please note, children must be accompanied by an adult as our staff are here to guide the painting, not to babysit.
What Will You Need?
Just bring your creativity! We provide all necessary supplies, including acrylic paints, specially designed brushes, varnish, and of course, rocks—the more, the better! Feel free to bring your own rocks if you have some favorites.
What to Do With Your Painted Rocks?
The possibilities are endless! Keep them as a decoration, gift them to friends/family members, or hide them in nature for an unsuspecting finder to discover. It’s all about spreading joy and color.
Volunteers & Donations Needed!
We’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with our gatherings. If you’d like to contribute to the Rock Painting Ministry, please consider donating supplies or your time. Donations can be made directly to our ministry leader, Gwendolyn Hawkins, or through the Piedmont Park SDA Church.
